摘要
文章以某VLCC油船为例,针对该船航行中出现的艉轴管后轴承温度过高问题,提出了对原系统及轴线进行排查、采用双斜度偏心设计的艉轴后轴承的加工技术对艉轴管轴线进行改进、增加桨叶不全淹情况下的操作警示措施等方案,解决了艉轴承的高温问题。
Taking a very large crude carrier(VLCC)as an example,this paper puts forward countermeasures against too high temperature of the rear bearing of the stern tube during its navigation.The specific methods mainly include the inspection of the original system and the shafting,the improvement of stern-tube shafting with the technology for processing the rear bearing of the stern tube in a double-inclination eccentric design,and introduction of cautions for the case when the propeller is partially submersed,which solve the high-temperature problem of the stern bearing.
