Considering the bunkering of liquefied natural gas(LNG)-powered ships,tanker to ship bunkering,being convenient and fast,provides an efficient solution for promoting the development of the marine LNG market.In light of domestic and foreign standards and operating guidelines,this paper analyzes tanker to ship bunkering technologies,discusses the similarities and differences between two kinds of such technologies,and puts forward relevant requirements for the operation sites and safety management.It suggests that standardized construction and emergency drills be strengthened to promote the development of the marine LNG market.
