摘要
海洋平台上部模块在陆地建造完工后需要进行称重作业,用称重结果验证理论重量重心,确保海上吊装时上部模块的重量重心满足设计要求。称重结构是用于称重作业的临时构件,是完成称重作业的必要条件。文章以国内某海洋平台上部模块为研究对象,在常规称重结构的基础上,提出优化设计方案并建立有限元模型进行验证。通过对不同优化设计方案计算结果的分析总结,逐步确定满足要求的优化设计方案。
Once the upper module of the offshore platform is constructed on land,weighing operations are required to verify the theoretical weight and center of gravity with the weighing results to ensure that the weight and center of gravity of the upper module meet the design requirements during offshore lifting.The weighing structure is a temporary component used for weighing operations and is a necessary condition for the completion of weighing operations.The paper takes the upper module of a domestic offshore platform as the research object.On the basis of the conventional weighing structure,an optimized design scheme is proposed,and a finite element model is built for verification.Through the analysis and summary of the results of different optimized design schemes,this paper determines an optimized design scheme that can meet the requirements.
