血清PCT、IL-6和CRP检测对白血病患者化疗并发败血症的诊断效果

摘要 目的:分析血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平检测对白血病患者化疗并发败血症的诊断效果。方法:选择庆阳市人民医院在2020年1月至2021年6月期间收治的68例白血病化疗患者,将其中并发败血症的38例患者作为观察组,另外的没有并发败血症的30例患者分为对照组。所有患者都需要接受酶联免疫法检验。观察两组的血清PCT、IL-6以及CRP水平,并且分析各项指标检测以及联合检测的诊断效果。结果:经过检验后,观察组患者的血清PCT、IL-6以及CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);PCT、IL-6以及CRP联合检测的灵敏度均明显高于各指标单独检测,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于白血病患者化疗并发败血症的检测中,采取血清PCT、IL-6以及CRP水平联合检测具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective To study and analyze the diagnostic effect of serum procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels in leukemia patients with chemotherapy complicated with sepsis.Methods 68 patients with leukemia chemotherapy admitted to Qingyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.38 patients complicated with sepsis were selected as the observation group,and 30 patients without sepsis were divided into the control group.All patients underwent enzyme-linked immunoassay.The levels of serum PCT,IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were observed,and diagnostic effects of each indicator detection and combined detection were analyzed.Results After examination,the levels of serum PCT,IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of combined detection of PCT,IL-6 and CRP was significantly higher than that of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum PCT,IL-6 and CRP has high diagnostic value in the detection of chemotherapy complicated with sepsis in leukemia patients.
