口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果

Effect of Oral Planting Repair and Routine Repair in the Treatment of Dentition Deletion

目的:观察口腔种植修复与常规修复治疗牙列缺失的效果。方法:选取龙岩市第二医院口腔科2018年6月至2020年6月收治的90例牙列缺失患者为研究对象,按照双色球随机分组法将患者分为对照组(常规修复治疗,45例)与观察组(口腔种植修复治疗,45例),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.77%,高于对照组的73.34%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率为4.46%,明显低于对照组的31.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对治疗效果满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙列缺失患者口腔种植修复治疗效果显著优于常规修复。

Objective To observe the effect of oral planting repair and conventional repair therapy for the dentition deletion.Methods A total of 90 patients with dentition loss admitted to The Department of Stomatology of Longyan Second Hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the bicolor random grouping method,the patients were divided into control group(conventional repair treatment,45 cases)and observation group(oral implant repair treatment,45 cases),and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group patients was 97.77%,which was higher than 73.34%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of complications after treatment in the observation group was 4.46%,which was significantly lower than 31.1%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The patients'satisfaction with the treatment effect of the observation group were 93.33%,significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment effect of oral planting repair in the dentition lack of patients is significantly better than conventional repair.
