腹腔镜手术治疗胃间质瘤的临床价值

Clinical Value of Laparoscopic Surgery for Gastric Stromal Tumor

目的:研究分析腹腔镜手术及开腹手术治疗胃间质瘤的临床价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月于凤城市中心医院实施治疗的120例胃间质瘤患者为研究对象,采取随机抽签的方法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者实施开腹胃间质瘤切除手术,观察组患者实施腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除手术,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后并发症发生率、术后排气时间、术后住院时间、复发率以及肿瘤恶性潜能Fletcher分级。结果:观察组患者的手术时间、术后进食时间、术后住院时间、术后排气时间均短于对照组,同时观察组患者的术中出血量少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率、复发率均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肿瘤分级状况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与开腹手术治疗胃间质瘤相比,腹腔镜手术治疗胃间质瘤可显著改善患者的临床症状,同时降低肿瘤恶性潜能Fletcher分级。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of laparoscopy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gastric stromal tumors.Methods A total of 120 patients with gastric stromal tumors who were treated in Fengcheng Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent laparotomy gastric stromal tumor resection,and patients in the observation group underwent laparoscopic surgery for gastric stromal tumor resection.Operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative eating time,and postoperative complications,incidence rate,postoperative exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay,recurrence rate,and Fletcher classification of tumor malignant potential were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,postoperative eating time,postoperative hospital stay,and postoperative exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.At the same time,the observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The tumor grading status of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with laparotomy for gastric stromal tumors,laparoscopic surgery for gastric stromal tumors can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,while reducing the tumor's malignant potential Fletcher,and has a good therapeutic effect.
