开放式鼓室形成术在胆脂瘤型中耳炎治疗中的应用效果

Application Effect of Open Tympanoplasty in the Treatment of Cholesteatoma Otitis Media

目的:研究开放式鼓室形成术在胆脂瘤型中耳炎治疗中的应用效果。方法:本研究共纳入胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者100例,均为祁阳县人民医院2020年4月至2021年4月所收治,将其随机分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组接受乳突根治术治疗,观察组接受开放式鼓室形成术治疗,针对两组患者的临床疗效、鼓膜愈合情况及干耳情况进行观察比较。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的鼓膜愈合情况及干耳情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放式鼓室形成术对胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者的作用显著,能够使患者病情得到缓解,帮助患者鼓膜尽快愈合,有助于患者听力的提高。

Objective To study the effect of open tympanoplasty in the treatment of cholesteatoma otitis media.Methods A total of 100 patients with cholesteatoma otitis media were enrolled in this study,all of whom were admitted to Qiyang County People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2021.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received radical mastoidectomy,and the observation group received open tympanoplasty.The clinical efficacy, tympanum healing and dry ear conditions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05);The healing of eardrum and dry ear in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Open tympanoplasty has a significant effect on patients with cholesteatoma otitis media, which can relieve the patient's condition, help the patient's eardrum heal as soon as possible and improve patients' hearing.
