保乳手术与改良根治手术对早期乳腺癌治疗效果比较

Comparison of Effect Between Breast-Conserving Surgery and Modified Radical Surgery on Early Breast Cancer

目的:评定早期乳腺癌患者接受保乳手术、改良根治手术的治疗干预意义。方法:选取石门县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2018年3月至2020年4月予以手术治疗干预的72例早期乳腺癌患者,依据抽签方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各36例。观察组采取保乳手术,对照组采取改良根治手术,评估两组患者术中出血量、手术总时长、手术切口长度、住院天数、手术后局部复发统计总数,分析手术前和手术后生存质量评判分数值结果。结果:观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,手术总时长、手术切口长度、住院天数均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后,两组患者生存质量评分均较手术前提升,且观察组手术后生存质量评分高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者手术后复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:早期乳腺癌患者采取保乳手术可提高患者的生存质量,术后恢复效果更好。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic intervention significance of breast-conserving surgery and modified radical surgery at patients with early breast cancer.Methods A total of 72 patients with early breast cancer who received surgical intervention from Shimen County Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from March 2018 to April 2020 were divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 36 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with breast-conserving surgery,and the control group was treated with modified radical surgery.The two groups were evaluated for intraoperative blood loss,total operation time,surgical incision length,hospital stay,and total number of local recurrences after surgery,and analyzed before and after surgery numerical results of the quality of life assessment scores.Results The amount of blood loss during the operation of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the total operation time,surgical incision length,and hospitalization days were shorter than those of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After surgery,the quality of life scores of the two groups were both improved compared to before surgery,and the quality of life scores of the observation group after surgery were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups of patients after surgery(P>0.05).Conclusion Breast conserving surgery can improve the quality of life of patients with early breast cancer,and the recovery effect of breast conserving surgery is better than that of modified radical surgery.
