曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀对冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常疗效观察

Efficacy of Trimetazidine Combined With Atorvastatin on Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease With Dyslipidemia

目的:研究联合曲美他嗪、阿托伐他汀在冠心病心绞痛伴血脂异常患者中的疗效。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月在瑞金市人民医院就诊的156例冠心病心绞痛患者,随机分为两组,每组78例。对照组选择曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:冠心病心绞痛患者治疗时选择曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀,能有效改善血脂水平。

Objective To study the efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of angina pectoris with dyslipidemia of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 156 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris treated in Ruijin People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin can effectively improve the level of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.
