摘要
阐述了CPS-NG装置实现焦炉无烟装煤的技术解决方案,并在分析其技术原理的基础上,与PROven、SOPRECO装置的解决方案进行了对比,论证了CPS-NG装置在避免荒煤气氧含量增加和减少荒煤气夹带煤、焦粉尘方面的技术优势。
This paper expounds technical solution to realize coal charging into coke oven without any emissions by CPS-NG device and compares it with the technical solution adopted by PROven and SOPRECO devices based on analysis of the technical principle.The advantages of CPS-NG device in respect of avoiding increase of oxygen content in crude gas and reducing the amount of coal/coke dust carried over by the crude gas are demonstrated in the paper.
