脱硫负压系统漏入空气对生产的影响

摘要 真空碳酸钾脱硫工艺负压系统的真空度直接影响再生效果。生产中负压系统漏入空气,会影响脱硫后煤气含H_(2)S指标。分析产生的异常现象与异常参数之间的关系,确定了影响煤气含H_(2)S指标的主要原因。通过采取相应措施,煤气含H_(2)S指标降至正常水平。 The vacuum degree of the negative pressure system of vacuum potassium carbonate desulfurization process directly affected the regeneration of the desulfurizer liquor.In case of air leakage into the negative pressure system during production,it would affect the H_(2)S content in gas after desulfurization.Through analysis of the interrelation between the abnormal phenomenon and the abnormal parameters,the main cause of H_(2)S content in gas was found.By taking measures,the H_(2)S content in gas has dropped to a normal level.
