穴位敷贴联合中医综合调护在肾虚型复发性流产患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the application effect of acupoint application combined with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with the recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency type

目的 探讨穴位敷贴联合中医综合调护在肾虚型复发性流产患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月云浮市中医院收治的肾虚型复发性流产118例,依据随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,每组各59例;对照组穴位敷贴结合常规护理;干预组穴位敷贴联合中医综合调护;观察两组护理前后中医证候积分、负面情绪及主要症状改善时间、妊娠结局(稽留流产、胎儿畸形流产、中期引产、早产、足月分娩)。结果 护理后,两组小腹坠痛、阴道出血、腹膝酸软、头晕耳鸣等证候积分低于护理前(P<0.001),且干预组小腹坠痛、阴道出血、腹膝酸软、头晕耳鸣等证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分低于护理前(P<0.05),且干预组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组小腹坠痛、阴道出血、腹膝酸软、头晕耳鸣等改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);干预组妊娠成功率高于对照组(79.66%vs. 54.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 穴位敷贴联合中医综合调护可明显改善患者临床证候,调节负面情绪,提高妊娠成功率。

Objective To explore the application effect of acupoint application combined with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with the recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 118 cases of recurrent abortion of kidney deficiency type admitted between January 2018 and December 2019 were selected and divided into the intervention group and the control group by random number table in Yunfu Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,with 59 cases in each group.The control group received acupoint application combined with routine nursing.The intervention group received acupoint application combined with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,negative emotions and main symptoms improvement time,pregnancy outcome(missed abortion,fetal malformation abortion,mid-term labor induction,premature labor,and full-term labor)were observed before and after nursing in the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of syndromes such as lower abdomen bearing-down pain,vaginal bleeding,abdomen knee soreness,dizziness and tinnitus were lower in the two groups than before nursing(P<0.001).The lower abdomen bearing-down pain,vaginal bleeding,abdomen knee soreness,dizziness and tinnitus in the intervention group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The improvement time of lower abdomen bearing-down pain,vaginal bleeding,abdominal and knee soreness,dizziness and tinnitus in the intervention group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The pregnancy success rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(79.66%vs.54.24%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application combined with comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine nursing can significantly improve patients'clinical symptoms,regulate negative emotions,and increase the success rate of pregnancy.
