By summarizing the process and characteristics of water-saving society pilot and standard construction and evaluating the daily work and creation work of standard construction combined with the evaluation standard of water-saving society in Jiangxi province(trial),this paper explores the main ways to promote the quality of water-saving society construction in the new development stage with the guidance of problems in Jiangxi province.
