柳钢1号高炉在贫化原燃料条件下的高产低耗生产实践

摘要 在贫化原燃料条件下,柳钢1号A高炉通过加强入炉原燃料质量管理,设备零故障攻关,大风量、高富氧冶炼技术,大角度、大角差、半中心加焦布料,大批重,精准布料技术,低硅稳硅操作,量化炉前管理等一系列措施,实现了高炉长期稳定顺行,生铁年产量161.8万t,全年取得了良好的技术经济指标。 Under poorer raw material and fuel,Liugang No.1 A BF takes some actions such as strengthening the quality management of raw material and fuel into the furnace,fighting for zero fault problems of equipment,taking the high wind volume,and large oxygen-rich smelting technology,using the charging institution distribution for mid-center coke,large angle and large angle differences,adopting large batch weight,taking exact distributing technology and low and stable silicon operation,quantifying cast house management,to hold the long-term stable operation of BF,achieve the annual output of 1.618 million tons for pig iron,and gain good technical and economic indicators throughout the year.
