TiO_(2)含量对酸性低钛矿渣棉熔体粘度和结构的影响

摘要 以酸性低钛矿渣棉熔体为研究对象,采用旋转柱体法研究1493~1773 K温度范围内TiO_(2)含量对熔体粘度和熔化性温度的影响,并结合粘流活化能和红外光谱分析了熔体结构的变化。结果表明,TiO_(2)含量从0%增加至6%,熔体粘度、熔化性温度以及粘流活化能均降低;实验渣样的熔化性温度处于1498~1573 K之间,在1653 K以上时,粘度均低于2.5 Pa·s,流动性良好,酸度系数较高的熔体的粘度和熔化性温度都相对较高;熔体结构中硅氧四面体振动带趋于平缓,复杂结构Q^(2)和Q^(3)所占的比例减少,而简单结构Q^(0)和Q^(1)的比例增加,复杂的硅氧阴离子团被简化为简单结构单元。 Taking the acid low-titanium slag wool melts as the research object,the effect of TiO_(2) on the viscosity and melting temperature of melts in 1773~1493K was studied by rotating cylinder method,and the change of slag structure was analyzed by combining the calculation of viscous flow activation energy and Fourier transformation infrared.The results showed that the slag viscosity,melting temperature and viscous flow activation energy decreased with the increase in TiO_(2) content from 0%to 6%.The melting temperature of the slag is between 1498~1573 K.The viscosity was lower than 2.5 Pa·s when the temperature was above 1653 K,and the melt possessed good fluidity.However,the slag with higher acidity coefficient has higher viscosity and melting temperature.The[SiO_(4)]-tetrahedral vibration band tended to be flat,and the proportion of complex structure Q^(2) and Q^(3)decreased.But the proportion of simple structure Q^(0) and Q^(1) increased,and the complex Si-O anion group was simplified to simple structure.
