摘要
河钢唐钢200 t转炉干法除尘在国内首次使用分离式烟气/煤气冷却和净化技术(双塔技术)、超大规格电除尘器技术及配套分布式模块控制、模型控制技术程序,煤气净化效果更好,实现了超低排放,粉尘排放浓度降至5~10 mg/m^(3),为干法除尘发展提供了新方向。
The article introduced the dry dedust system in HBIS Tangsteel′s 200 t converter.Which is the first use of separated flue gas,the converter off gas cooling and purify(called twin towers dust removal)domestic,large scale electrostatic precipitator technology,the affiliated distributed module control and module control procedure,made better off gas purification and ultra low emission come true.It lowers the dust exhausting concentration to 5~10 mg/m^(3),provides new direction for dry dedust system.
