数据资产管理在项目管理实践中的应用

Data asset management applied to project management practice

由于数据已被认为是一种资产,数据资产管理体系的落地实践,以及如何处理与现有项目管理体系的关系成为亟待解决的问题。结合项目管理理念和数据管理的知识体系,介绍数据架构管理、数据汇集管理、数据质量管理、数据安全管理、数据开发利用和数据共享管理等6个方面的项目管理应用实践和实施策略,把数据管理的知识体系与项目过程管理相融合,从日常项目管理实践的角度,将数据资产管理的理念融入到项目管理体系中,不断提升企业数据治理能力、数据资产管理和应用能力。

Since data has been regarded as an asset, the landing implementation of data asset management system and how to deal with the relationship with the existing project management system have become urgent problems to be solved. Combined with the concept of project management and the knowledge system of data management, this paper introduced the application practice and implementation strategy of project management in six aspects: data architecture management, data collection management, data quality management, data security management, data development and utilization, data sharing management, combined the knowledge system of data management with project process management, and from the perspective of daily project management practice, integrated the concept of data asset management into the project management system to continuously improve the enterprise’s data governance ability and data asset management and the application ability.
