WaveOne Gold锉联合WaveOne Gold Glider锉在恒磨牙根管治疗中的应用效果

Application effect of WaveOne Gold files system combined with WaveOne Gold Glider files system in root canal therapy of permanent molars

目的分析WaveOne Gold锉联合WaveOne Gold Glider锉在恒磨牙根管治疗中的应用效果。方法将90例行恒磨牙根管治疗的患者随机分为WaveOne Gold锉组、WaveOne Gold Glider锉组、联合组,每组30例。3组患者在根管预备前均行锥形束CT扫描检查患牙根管状态与数目,其中WaveOne Gold锉组采用WaveOne Gold锉进行根管预备,WaveOne Gold Glider锉组采用WaveOne Gold Glider锉进行根管预备,联合组采用WaveOne Gold锉联合WaveOne Gold Glider锉进行根管预备。观察3组患者根管治疗次数、根管预备时间、牙根微裂发生情况,比较3组患者距根尖3 mm、距根尖5 mm和距根尖7 mm的根管偏移量及治疗后1 h、治疗后1周、治疗后6个月和治疗后1年的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,治疗1年后评价3组患者治疗成功率。结果 3组患者的根管治疗次数、根管预备时间差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。联合组患者距根尖3 mm、距根尖5 mm、距根尖7 mm处的根管偏移量均低于WaveOne Gold锉组和WaveOne Gold Glider锉组,根管填充效果优于WaveOne Gold锉组和WaveOne Gold Glider锉组(均P<0.05)。治疗后1 h,联合组患者疼痛VAS评分低于WaveOne Gold锉组和WaveOne Gold Glider锉组,联合组牙根微裂发生率最低(P<0.05),但3组治疗成功率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在恒磨牙根管治疗中,应用WaveOne Gold锉联合WaveOne Gold Glider锉进行根管预备,可改善根管预备效果,减轻患者术后疼痛,降低牙根微裂发生率,提高根管填充效果。

Objective To analyze the application effect of WaveOne Gold files system combined with WaveOne Gold Glider files system in root canal therapy of permanent molars. Methods Ninety patients undergoing root canal therapy of permanent molars were randomly divided into WaveOne Gold file group, WaveOne Gold Glider file group and combination group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the three groups underwent cone beam CT scanning to determine the state and number of affected root canals prior to root canal preparation, wherein the WaveOne Gold file group underwent root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold files system, the WaveOne Gold Glider file group underwent root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold Glider files system, and the combination group underwent root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold files system combined with WaveOne Gold Glider files system. The number of root canal treatments, the duration for root canal preparation and the incidence of tooth root microfracture were observed in the three groups. The three groups were compared in terms of the root canal displacements three, five and seven mm from the root apex and the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) pain scores one hour, one week, six months and one year after the treatment. The success rate of treatment one year after the treatment was evaluated in the three groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the number of root canal treatments or the duration for root canal preparation among the three groups(all P>0.05). The combination group yielded decreased root canal displacements three, five and seven mm from the root apex and superior efficacy of root canal filling than the WaveOne Gold file and WaveOne Gold Glider file groups(all P<0.05). One hour after the treatment, the VAS pain score was lower in the combination group than in the WaveOne Gold file and WaveOne Gold Glider file groups, the combination group had the lowest incidence rate of tooth root microfracture(P<0.05), and no statistically significant difference was found in the success rate of treatment among the three groups(P>0.05). Conclusion In root canal therapy of permanent molars, root canal preparation using WaveOne Gold files system combined with WaveOne Gold Glider files system can improve the efficacy of root canal preparation, diminish postoperative pain, reduce the incidence rate of tooth root microfracture and improve the efficacy of root canal filling in the patients.
