深入学习贯彻党的十九届六中全会精神,必须推进生态文明建设,推动绿色经济发展,探索生态价值转化机制路径,为美丽中国建设贡献力量。生态产品价值实现是打通绿水青山转化为金山银山的现实路径,内在逻辑是将“绿水青山”蕴含的生态系统服务“盈余”和“增量”转化为“金山银山”。构建长江经济带生态产品价值实现机制,实现“绿水青山与金山银山”有机统一,有利于将长江经济带生态优势转化为经济优势,打造长江经济带生态利益和经济利益的共同体,提升人与自然和谐共生的现代化水平。探索完善生态产品价值实现的制度体系、核算体系、政府考核评估机制等,是构建长江经济带生态产品价值实现机制的重要内容。

To thoroughly study and implement the guiding principles of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,we must promote ecological progress,promote green economic development,explore mechanisms for transforming ecological values,and contribute to building a beautiful China.The realization of the value of ecological products is a realistic path to transform clear waters and lush mountains into gold and silver mountains.The internal logic is to transform the"surplus"and"increment"of ecosystem services contained in"clear waters and lush mountains"into"gold and silver mountains".To build a value realization mechanism for ecological products in the Yangtze River Economic Belt and realize the organic unity of"green mountains with green waters"is conducive to transforming the ecological advantages of the Yangtze River Economic Belt into economic advantages,creating a community of ecological and economic interests in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and improving the modernization level of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.It is significant to explore and improve the institutional system,accounting system,and government assessment and evaluation mechanism of ecological product value realization,which is an important content of the construction of ecological product value realization mechanism of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
