基于三阶段DEA模型的中国出版印刷业效率评价

Efficiency Evaluation of China's Publishing and Printing Industry Based on Three-stage DEA Model

采用省域面板数据,运用三阶段DEA模型对中国31个省市区(港澳台除外)出版印刷业的投入产出效率进行评价。研究发现:文化产业的发展能够提高出版印刷业的资产利用效率,降低资本投入冗余;中国出版印刷业的综合技术效率值不高,但呈现逐年增长的趋势,同时存在着明显的省际差异,西部地区与中东部地区的差异巨大,主要表现为规模效率的差异;出版印刷业的纯技术效率较高、规模效率偏低,企业规模弱小与行业规模不足成为制约出版印刷业投入产出效率的主要因素。为实现中国出版印刷业的高质量发展,应充分利用有利的外部因素,挖掘效率潜力;扩大印刷出版企业规模,提升行业规模效益;考虑效率区域差异,采取有针对性的策略。

Using provincial panel data,the three-stage DEA model is used to evaluate the input-output efficiency of China's publishing and printing industry.The study shows that the development of the cultural industry can improve the asset utilization efficiency of the publishing and printing industry,and reduce the redundancy of capital investment.The comprehensive technical efficiency of the publishing and printing industry in China is not high,but it is growing year by year,and there are obvious inter-provincial differences.The difference between the western region and the central and eastern regions is huge,mainly manifested in the difference of scale efficiency.The pure technical efficiency of the publishing and printing industry is relatively high,and the scale efficiency is low.Weak industry scale and insufficient industry scale have become the main factors restricting the input-output efficiency of the publishing and printing industry.In order to achieve the high-quality development of China's publishing and printing industry,it is necessary to make full use of favorable external factors to tap the efficiency potential,expand the scale of printing and publishing enterprises to improve the efficiency of industry scale,and take into account the regional differences in efficiency to adopt targeted strategies.
