竹笋壳纤维酸预处理脱胶工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 以竹笋壳为研究对象,采用酸预处理结合碱氧-浴法脱胶工艺获取竹笋壳纤维,讨论脱胶工艺中氢氧化钠、过氧化氢用量及处理温度和时间对脱胶性能的影响。以残胶率为考查指标,通过正交实验得到碱氧-浴脱胶的最佳工艺参数为:氢氧化钠用量为24 g·L^(-1)、过氧化氢用量为35 mL·L^(-1)、煮练温度为95℃、碱煮时间为3 h,此时纤维残胶率为15.10%,并借助红外光谱分析仪测试提取的竹笋壳纤维的结构。所制备的竹笋壳纤维将被认为是一种有前途的、可持续发展的纺织工业原料,并具有广阔的应用前景。 The bamboo sheath fiber was obtained by acid pretreatment combined with alkali oxygen one bath degumming process.The effects of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide dosage,treatment temperature and time on degumming properties were explored.In terms of the percentage of residual gum,the optimum technological parameters were as follows:the dosage of sodium hydroxide was 24 g·L^(-1),the dosage of hydrogen peroxide was 35 mL·L^(-1),the treatment temperature was 95℃,and the alkali treatment time was 3 h.At this time,the fiber residue rate was 15.10%.The structure of the extracted bamboo sheath fiber was tested by infrared spectrum analyzer.The prepared bamboo sheath fiber will be considered as a promising and sustainable raw material for textile industry,and has broad application prospects.
