摘要
重复刻板行为是孤独症谱系障碍的核心症状之一,病因复杂,表现形式多样。其形成机制假说众多,近年来有研究显示纹状体功能异常可能参与了孤独症重复刻板行为演变过程。本文拟对纹状体及其环路参与孤独症重复刻板行为相关机制研究进展进行综述,期望推动孤独症重复刻板行为机制研究。
Restricted repetitive behavior is one of the core symptoms of autism spectrum disorder.The etiology are complex and its manifestations are diverse.There are many hypothesis about its formation mechanism.In recent years,studies have shown that the abnormal function of the striatum may be involved in the evolution of restricted repetitive behaviors in autism.This article intends to review the research progress of the striatum and its circuitry involved in the restricted repetitive behaviors of autism.Expectation to promote research on the mechanism of restricted repetitive behaviors in autism.
