蔗叶粉碎还田机刀轴总成设计与平衡允差分析

摘要 甘蔗作为我国重要的经济作物,收割后产生大量蔗叶。目前,国内现用的蔗叶粉碎还田机易损伤宿根,降低发芽率,因此,蔗农普遍就地焚烧,污染环境。以蔗叶粉碎还田同时不伤宿根为研究背景,对蔗叶粉碎还田机的核心部件刀轴总成进行研究,基于三维数模,从刀轴转速计算、动平衡校核、排刀密度和方式的确定、许用剩余不平衡量分析和向允差平面分配,对刀轴总成的设计思路和分析方法进行了论述,为蔗叶粉碎还田机的可靠性提升提供参考依据。 Sugarcane,as an important cash crop in China,produces a large number of sugarcane leaves after harvesting.At present,the cane leaf crushing and returning machine used in china is easy to damage the old roots and reduce the germination rate.Therefore,the cane farmers generally burn on the spot and pollute the environment.Based on sugarcane leaf shattering counters-field set at the same time does not hurt perennial root as the research background,the core components of the sugarcane leaf shattering counters-field knife shaft assembly is studied,based on three dimensional mathematical model established,from the knife shaft speed calculation,dynamic balance check,line density and the way of determination,allowable residual unbalance to the tolerance analysis and the distribution of the plane,introduced the knife shaft assembly design and analysis method.The results provide reference for the reliability improvement of sugarcane leaf crushing and returning machine.
