摘要
为了减少沥青路面水损害的出现,通过在沥青中掺入抗剥落剂来改善沥青混合料水稳定性能,进行了掺加非胺类沥青抗剥落剂和不掺加沥青抗剥落剂的沥青混合料浸水马歇尔试验,来研究非胺类沥青抗剥落剂对沥青混合料水稳定性能改善效果,同时还兼顾非胺类抗剥落剂对沥青高温和低温性能的影响。研究表明,抗剥落剂对AC-13C沥青混合料水稳定性改善效果明显,大于0.3%后,提升幅度缓慢;对沥青混合料高温稳定性能具有一定改善效果,但作用有限;对沥青混合料低温抗裂性能呈现先增强后减弱规律。
In order to reduce the water damage of asphalt pavement,the anti stripping agent is added into asphalt to improve the water stability of asphalt mixture.The immersion Marshall test of asphalt mixture with and without non amine anti stripping agent is carried out to study the improvement effect of non amine anti stripping agent on the water stability of asphalt mixture The influence of amine anti stripping agent on high temperature and low temperature performance of asphalt was studied.The results show that the anti stripping agent has obvious effect on improving the water stability of AC-13C asphalt mixture,and the increase rate is slow when it is more than 0.3%;it has certain effect on improving the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture,but the effect is limited;the low temperature anti cracking performance of asphalt mixture shows the law of first strengthening and then weakening.
