针对公路边沟清扫作业至今无专业设备、仍需人工清理、不能满足公路养护工作发展的问题,依据道路清扫车负压吸扫的工作原理,采用在纯吸式道路清扫车上加装边沟清扫设备,建立螺旋集料、吸扫、牵引及可调节限位装置的系统模型,通过该设备的使用提高了边沟清扫效率、降低了职工劳动强度。

In view of the problem that there is no professional equipment for highway side ditch cleaning,which still needs manual cleaning and can not meet the development of highway maintenance work,according to the working principle of negative pressure suction sweeping of road sweeper,the system model of spiral aggregate,suction sweeping,traction and adjustable limit device is established by adding side ditch cleaning equipment on the pure suction road sweeper,and the efficiency is improved through the use of the equipment The cleaning efficiency of side ditch reduces the labor intensity of workers.
