以应用为导向的中国人工智能创新生态及其演化 被引量:2

The Ecology of Application Oriented Innovation of Artificial Intelligence in China and Its Evolution

摘要 随着新一代信息技术和经济社会的融合发展,创新范式正在发生根本变革。作为创新范式变革的前沿,中国人工智能创新生态表现出以应用为导向的跨学科、跨产业、跨组织和跨地域协同创新趋势。在内生需求牵引下,中国人工智能创新生态从以国外学术机构和跨国公司在华研发中心为主导逐步向以本土学术机构和企业为主导转变。以应用为导向和高度开放的创新生态,是中国人工智能科技产业快速发展的关键驱动因素。面对国外技术封锁,如何适应企业和产业国际竞争力提升,构建基础研究和应用研究相互支撑的高度开放的创新生态,是中国人工智能科技产业持续发展的迫切需要。 With the integrated development of the new generation of information technology and economy and society,the paradigm of innovation is undergoing fundamental changes.As the forefront of innovation paradigm change,China's ecology of artificial intelligence innovation shows the trend of application-oriented interdisciplinary,cross industry,cross organization and cross regional collaborative innovation.Driven by endogenous demand,China's ecology of AI innovation has gradually changed from being dominated by foreign academic institutions and multinational R&D centers in China to being dominated by local academic institutions and enterprises.The application-oriented and highly open ecology of innovation is the key driving factor for the rapid development of China's artificial intelligence technology industry.In the face of foreign technology blockade,how to adapt to the improvement of the international competitiveness of enterprises and industries and build a highly open ecology of innovation supported by basic research and applied research is an urgent need for the sustainable development of China's artificial intelligence technology industry.
