摘要
造船门式起重机单台造价高,在船舶制造中起着不可或缺的作用。文中通过分析造船门式起重机安全保障的现状,参考工业互联网平台架构和状态监测技术,提出一种用于造船门式起重机的安全保障系统。以数据为核心,通过数据采集、数据融合、数据管理和机理模型实现安全保障的应用,接着通过应用场景说明该系统的功能和特点,最后提出了该系统对造船门式起重机安全保障的应用价值。
Despite the high cost of shipbuilding gantry cranes,they play an indispensable role in shipbuilding.Firstly,the status of shipbuilding gantry crane safety is analyzed.Then,by referring to the industrial Internet platform architecture and status monitoring technology,a safety system for shipbuilding gantry crane is proposed,which takes data as the core and ensures safety through data collection,fusion and management and mechanism model.Then,the functions and characteristics of the system in different application scenarios are introduced.Finally,the application value of this system in the safety guarantee of shipbuilding gantry cranes is put forward.
