通用码头机械化自动化装卸工艺系统

Universal mechanized and automatic loading and unloading system of wharf

现阶段通用码头中的散杂货作业,尤其是件杂货的装卸作业,通常采用门座起重机进行船岸作业,牵引车与平板车进行水平运输的作业方式,该作业方式存在一定的灵活性和适用性,但在港口工程技术不断发展的背景下,港口装卸作业中的机械化、自动化要求越来越高。为此,文中结合某海外项目,在袋装件杂货的装卸工艺上,提出了螺旋袋物装船机进行船岸作业,平行上托辊带式输送机进行水平运输的机械化、自动化作业方式,并与传统的装卸工艺方案相对比,得出了在建设投资、后期生产运营等方面的比较优势,并在实际项目中进行应用。

Currently,the bulk cargo operation in wharfs,especially in the loading and unloading operation of goods,the portal crane is usually used to carry out the ship-shore operation,and horizontal transportation is done by tractor and flatbed trucks.This operation mode has certain flexibility and applicability,but with the continuous development of port engineering technologies,requirements on mechanization and automation in port loading and unloading operations become more demanding.Therefore,combined with an overseas project,based on the loading and unloading technology of bagged goods,a mechanized and automatic operation mode of ship-shore operation with spiral bag ship loader and horizontal transportation with parallel upper idler belt conveyor is proposed.Compared with the traditional loading and unloading technology,it is proved that this operation mode has advantages in construction investment,post-production operation and so on,and is feasible in actual projects.
