健康视域下我国医疗卫生领域的法治宣教研究

Research on the Publicity and Education of Rule of Law in the Field of Medicine and Health in China from the Perspective of Health

我国医疗卫生领域法治宣传教育当前所处困境,是立法要求与碎片化推行之间、目标要求与监督考核机制不健全之间、多元性的内容要求与政绩化宣传之间、常态化的过程要求与宣传教育保障机制薄弱之间存在着矛盾,影响制约着“健康中国”的建设进程与成效;要提升该宣教的实效性、促进“健康中国”建设,需从增强卫生立法的科学性、加强组织保障、完善宣教体系、创新宣教方式、强化宣传保障体系等方面入手。

The legal education in the field of medical and health care in China is in a dilemma:there are contra⁃dictions between the requirements of legislation and fragmented implementation,between the requirements of objec⁃tives and the imperfect supervision and assessment mechanism,between the requirements of diversified content and the propaganda of political achievements,and between the requirements of normalized process and the weak propa⁃ganda and education guarantee mechanism,which affects and restricts the construction process and effect of healthy China.In order to improve the effectiveness of the propaganda and education and promote the construction of healthy China,we need to strengthen the scientific nature of health legislation,strengthen the organization and guarantee,perfect the propaganda and education system,innovate the propaganda and education methods,and strengthen the propaganda and guarantee system.
