特色农业产业成长的逻辑理路研究

Research on Logical Theory of Growth of Characteristic Agricultural Industry

发展壮大特色农业产业是我国应对经济结构和消费结构转型升级的有效路径和关键选择,在推动农业现代化过程中发挥着重要作用。从学理上解释特色农业产业的内涵及成长机理是学术界研究的重点。引入长尾理论作为特色农业产业成长的理论支撑,围绕价值发现、需求发现、供应链发现、价格实现阐释其成长的逻辑理路及内在关联。基于区域资源禀赋差异及乡村区位和发展程度差异,将特色农业产业生产区分为近城郊区、近产业园区、基地生产区和欠发达山区四大区域,提出适合“四大区域”属性特征的差异化发展路径。以期在新的历史起点上,深度挖掘特色农业产业的多重功能,使之承担起巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的载体任务。

Developing and expanding the agricultural industry with distinctive characteristics is an effective path and key choice for China to cope with the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure and consumption structure, and it plays an important role in the process of promoting agricultural modernization.It has always been the focus of academic researches to explain the connotation of the characteristic agricultural industry and its growth mechanism from the academic perspective. Introduce the long tail theory as the theoretical support for the growth of the characteristic agricultural industry, and explain the logical theory and internal correlation of its growth around the value discovery, demand discovery, supply chain discovery and price realization. Based on the consideration of regional resource endowment difference and rural location and development degree, the characteristic agricultural industry production area was divided into four major areas:near suburb, near industrial park, base production area and underdeveloped mountainous area, and the differentiated development paths suitable for the attribute characteristics of the "four regions" were put forward.It was hoped to deeply explore the multiple functions of the characteristic agricultural industry at the new historical starting point, so that it could undertake the carrier task of consolidating and effectively connecting the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.
