乡村老年人居住环境需求问题研究——以甘肃省为例

A General Review and Study of the Elderly People′s Living Conditions in the Countryside--Taking Gansu Province as an Example

分析乡村老年人的需求,老年人有基本的安全需求、社会交往的需求、尊重的需求和自我实现的需求。在住房设施满足老年人基本生理需求的条件下,老年人对住房安全性、便捷性、舒适性的需求也应引起重视;农村的住宅及公共服务设施、养老服务体系的建设应注重老年人社会交往的需求、尊重的需求和自我实现的需求。乡村老年人居住环境面临的问题:老年人的住宅及周围的公共服务设施的适老化改造滞后,农村社区养老服务体系不完善。乡村老年居住环境建设的路径:从乡村老年人的需求出发,建立老年人居住环境提升的长效机制;完善社区公共服务设施和养老服务体系;充分发挥乡村老年人的潜能和优势。

Based on the investigation of the elderly people′s demand for respect,physical safety,social contact and self-accomplishment,satisfying housing facilities to meet the need of the elderly people,this article suggests that importance should be attached to the elderly for their need for security,convenience and comfort of housing conditions,which should be taken into consideration in planning the construction of countryside housing and the system of elderly care service concerned.This article makes a study of the problems involved in the elderly people′s living conditions,such as the delaying of the adjustment of the public service around the elderly home or the imperfect community system of the elderly care service in the countryside and so on.Through the study of the problems,this article tries to come up with solutions about how to make better the elderly living conditions:building a long-term system to improve and complete the community public service and elderly care service thus to fully develop the potential and advantages of the elderly people living in the countryside.
