850例成人呼吸道感染患者9种呼吸道病原体检测结果分析

Analysis of detection results of 9 respiratory pathogens IgM antibodies in 850 adult patients with respiratory pathogens tract infection

目的了解成人呼吸道感染患者9种呼吸道病原体感染的特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2020年12月于中国人民解放军第三○五医院门诊及住院的850例成人呼吸道感染患者的9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测结果,并分析病原体的感染分布特征。结果850例成人呼吸道感染患者9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测总阳性检出率为24.94%。其中肺炎支原体阳性检出率最高(17.29%),其次为乙型流感病毒(3.53%)。女性呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测总阳性检出率及肺炎支原体、甲型流感病毒阳性检出率高于男性,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。≤40岁年龄段组总阳性检出率及肺炎支原体、肺炎衣原体、立克次体、副流感病毒阳性检出率高于其他年龄段组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。肺炎支原体阳性检出率春、夏季高于秋、冬季节,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。2017年总阳性检出率及肺炎支原体、衣原体阳性检出率高于其他年度,2020年立克次体阳性检出率高于其他年度,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论成人呼吸道感染患者9种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测中肺炎支原体阳性检出率最高。病原体的感染分布与性别、年龄、季节、年度有关。

Objective To understand the characteristics and epidemiological characteristics of nine respiratory pathogens in adult patients with respiratory pathogens tract infection,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method A total of 850 adult patients with respiratory infections at the 305 Hospital of PLA from January 2016 to December 2020 were included.The results of IgM antibodies to nine respiratory pathogens were analyzed in 850 adult patients with respiratory infections.Result Detection of 9 respiratory tract pathogen IgM antibodies in 850 adult patients with respiratory pathogens tract infection,the total positive detection rate was 24.94%.The highest detection rate was 17.29%for Mycoplasma pneumoniae,followed by 3.53%for influenza B virus.The total positive detection rate and positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia and influenza A virus was higher in women than in men,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).≤40 age groups total positive detection rate and the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Mycoplasma Chlamydia and Rickettsia and parainfluenza virus was higher than other age groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in spring and summer was higher than other seasons,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total positive detection rate and the positive detection rate of Mycoplasma pneumonia and Mycoplasma Chlamydia in 2017 were higher than the other years,the positive detection rate of Rickettsia in 2020 was higher than the other years,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Detection of 9 respiratory tract pathogen IgM antibodies in adult patients with respiratory pathogens tract infection,the highest detection rate was Mycoplasma pneumonia.Pathogen infection distribution is related to gender,season,and year.
