精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中的应用

Appraisal of the effect of the refined health checkup management model in the checkup center

目的分析精细化健康体检管理模式在体检中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3—12月在杭州市红十字会医院体检中心进行健康体检的200例受检者作为研究对象,根据检查时间分为对照组(2020年3—7月,100例)与研究组(2020年8—12月,100例),对照组接受常规体检管理模式,研究组接受精细化健康体检管理模式,比较分析两组受检者的服务总满意度、健康知识掌握优良率、各项检查项目时间。结果研究组受检者的服务总满意度、健康知识掌握优良率高于对照组,而抽血、尿常规检查、CT检查、内外科检查、B型超声检查、心电图检查时间短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在健康体检中应用精细化健康体检管理模式可有效提高受检者对疾病的认知程度,缩短受检者体检时间,提高体检效率,值得在临床中应用。

Objective Analyze the application effect of the refined health checkup management model in the checkup center.Method According to the examination time,the subjects were divided into two groups,the control group and the experimental group,and the control group accepted the management mode of routine physical examination,the experimental group accepted the management mode of fine physical examination,and compared the total satisfaction degree of service,the excellent rate of health knowledge and the time of each examination item.Result The total satisfaction of the test subjects in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the excellent and good rate in the experimental group was higher than the control group,and the examination time of subjects in the experimental group for blood drawing,urine routine,chest X-ray,internal medicine and surgery,B-ultrasound,and electrocardiogram was shorter than that of the control group,and the data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine management mode in physical examination can effectively improve the patients’cognition of diseases,shorten the time of physical examination,and contribute to the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
