基于POE评价方法的单位大院住区研究--以云南省临沧市交通运输集团为例

Research on Residential Area of Unit Compound Based on POE Evaluation Method:a Case Study of Lincang City Transportation Group of Yunnan Province

随着城市人居环境关注度的日益提升,住区空间的环境品质成为了民生工程的改造重点,尤其是老旧住区。单位大院作为老旧住区中的特殊类型,是我国住区发展史体制下的经济产物,也是邻里单位理论的中国式突破。本文以单位大院这一特殊时代的居住建筑类型的脉络与演变为切入角度,以云南省临沧市交通运输集团的单位大院为例,以住区的建成环境为研究对象,通过住区实地调研和住户行为观察的方式来研究单位大院的使用后评价,找出单位大院在使用过程中出现的问题和缺陷,并提出改进建议。

With the increasing attention of urban human settlements,the environmental quality of residential space has become the focus of livelihood engineering,especially the old residential areas.As a special type of old residential area,the unit compound is the economic product under the system of residential development history of our country,and it is also a breakthrough in the theory of neighborhood unit.This article is based on the perspective and evolution of the types of residential buildings in this special era.Tak-ing the unit compound of Lincang City Transportation Group of Yunnan Province as an example,to study the completed environment of residential district.Through residential area research and household behavior observation,we make post occupant evaluation of the unit courtyard,find out the problems and defects in the use of the unit compound and put forward suggestions for improvement.
