Algorithm technology embedded in national governance is the common demand of national development and technological progress.It should be based on the fundamental interests of the people and adhere to the value orientation of fairness and justice.In the process of changing governance subjects,innovating governance methods and participating in governance tasks,it should follow the principles of public power controlling algorithmic power,value rationality guiding instrumental rationality,fairness and justice framing“algorithmic justice”,should give full play to the technical characteristics of scientific,fast and accurate algorithm,to eliminate algorithmic risks,improve the efficiency of national governance,maintain the order of national governance,enhance the efficiency of national governance,and then to promote the realization of the modernization of national governance.
