摘要
长期以来对大学生诚信价值观的培育常常注重认知教育而忽视行为体验,心理行为训练通过外显行为的训练强化大学生对诚信价值观的认同,效果明显。研究显示实验组大学生相较于对照组大学生在人际信任水平上显著提升(P<0.01),96%以上的大学生表示心理行为训练对自己的帮助很大,心理行为训练对增强大学生诚信价值观培育实效性具有重要的现实意义。
For a long time,the education on undergraduate integrity has aimed to recognition while has ignored the experience of behaviors.Undergraduate integrity recognition is strengthened by training on external behaviors in psychological behavior training,which leads to a significant effect.The research revealed that the interpersonal trust level of the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.01)in contrast to that of control group.Over 96% of the undergraduates said psychological behavior training helped a lot.Psychological behavior training is of great realistic importance on the improvement of the effectiveness of cultivation on undergraduate's integrity.
