摘要
随着对缺血性脑血管病认知的不断提高,众多研究证实不稳定斑块是轻-中度脑血管狭窄发生缺血性脑卒中的重要原因。快速、准确的对粥样硬化性斑块稳定性进行评估并采取相应措施有助于降低缺血性脑卒中的发生,提高生活质量。不稳定斑块的主要特征包括表面欠规则或溃疡形成、斑块内出血、大脂质核心、钙化结节等。作为一种新兴的功能影像CT,能谱CT先进的单能量成像技术及能谱参数的评价模式提高了对不稳定斑块诊断的准确度,对能谱CT在评估不稳定斑块的可行性和应用价值进行综述。
With the continuous improvement of the cognition of ischemic cerebrovascular disease,it had been proved that uounstable plaque is an important factor for ischemic stroke patients with mild to moderate vascular stenosis.How to evaluate the atherosclerotic plaques stability quickly and accurately is a challenge in clinical work.It can help reduce the risk of ischemic stroke and improve the quality of life.Unstable plaques are mainly characterized by irregular surface or ulcer formation,large lipid cores,hemorrhage in the plaque,and calcified nodules.As a new type of functional imaging,gemstone spectral CT improve the accuracy of evaluating unstable plaques by the combination of unique single-energy imaging of energy spectrum and multiple energy spectrum.This article will review the value of gemstone spectral CT in evaluating the instability of plaques.
