Discussion on Causality Identification between Lumbar Disc Herniation and Occupational Injury

工伤案中的因果关系鉴定案,多见于临床常见病的腰椎间盘突出症与工作中腰部损伤之间的因果关系鉴定;关于伤病关系处理的现行原则相较旧标准有较大变化,法医学鉴定实务需予以重视。本文结合日常相关案例,分析腰椎间盘突出症与工伤之因果关系鉴定中的问题,总结鉴定的要点和方法及相关参考性的新思路。

Causality relationship identification between lumbar disc herniation and the waist injury in work are common in causality relationship identification in occupational injury cases.Compared with the old standard,the cur⁃rent principles of the treatment of injury and injury relationship have great changes,and more attention should be paid to the practice of forensic medical identification.Based on daily cases,this paper analyzes the problems in the identification of causal relationship between lumbar disc herniation and occupational injury,and summarizes the key points and methods of identification as well as some new ideas for reference.
