外源化学物质控制黄瓜幼苗徒长的效果 被引量:3

Effects of exogenous chemicals on controlling the growth of cucumber seedlings

摘要 为筛选出能有效控制夏季黄瓜徒长的混合溶液配方,以不同浓度的氧化亚铁、缩节胺、磷酸二氢钾3种试剂不同比例配制混合溶液,对黄瓜进行叶片喷施,研究不同外源化学物质对黄瓜穴盘育苗幼苗生长状况的影响。结果表明,外源喷施不同浓度配比的氧化亚铁、缩节胺、磷酸二氢钾能有效控制黄瓜幼苗高度,增强黄瓜长势,起到控制徒长的作用。主要表现在黄瓜幼苗株高、下胚轴长、叶长、叶宽、地上部分生物量降低,茎粗、地下部分生物量、根冠比、地下部分生物量、叶绿素含量增加;综合外源喷施不同化学物质对黄瓜幼苗各项指标的影响,T7处理即外源喷施20 mg·L^(-1)氧化亚铁+10 mg·L^(-1)缩节胺的处理对黄瓜徒长苗的防控效果最好,与CK相比,株高、下胚轴长、叶面积分别降低了12.19%、11.39%、22.01%,茎粗、根冠比、壮苗系数、叶绿素含量分别增加了3.98%、25.00%、34.04%、14.94%。 In order to screen out the mixed solution formula that could effectively control the cucumber leggy seedlings in summer,in this experiment,cucumber leaves were sprayed with a mixed solution of three reagents of different concentrations and ratios of ferrous oxide,ketamine,and potassium dihydrogen phosphate to study the growth of cucumber plug seedlings by different exogenous chemicals influences.The results showed that exogenous spraying of different concentrations of ferrous oxide,ketamine,and potassium dihydrogen phosphate could effectively control the height of cucumber seedlings,enhance the growth of cucumber,and play a role in controlling the long legs.Mainly reflected in cucumber seedling height,hypocotyl length,leaf length,leaf width,aboveground biomass decreased,stem thickness,underground biomass,root-to-root ratio,underground biomass,chlorophyll content increased.Combined with the effects of exogenous spraying of different chemical substances on various indexes of cucumber seedlings,the T7 treatment,with external spraying of 20 mg·L^(-1) ferrous oxide+10 mg·L^(-1) ketamine had the best control effect on cucumber leggy seedlings,compared with CK,plant height,hypocotyl length and leaf area decreased by 12.19%,11.39%and 22.01%,respectively;stem diameter,root-cap ratio,seedling strength coefficient and chlorophyll content increased by 3.98%,25.00%,34.04%and 14.94%,respectively.
