摘要
为优化气辅成型工艺参数,采用单因素法考察工艺参数对气辅成型质量的影响,以熔体预注射量、熔体温度、模具温度、注气压力、延迟时间、注气时间为因素,气体穿透深度、最大气指幅度为评价指标,采用L_(25)(5^(6))正交试验设计优选气辅成型工艺参数为:熔体预注射量85%,熔体温度240℃,模具温度40℃,延迟时间4 s,注气压力3 MPa,注气时间10 s,并进行验证。结果表明:采用优选工艺参数时,气体穿透效果和气辅成型质量良好,可用于气辅成型实际生产。
Single factor method was used to investigate the influence of process parameters on the performance of gas-assisted molding to optimize the parameters of the process.L_(25)(5^(6))orthogonal test was carried out to optimize the process parameters with melt pre-injection volume,melt temperature,mold temperature,gas injection pressure,delay time and gas injection time as factors,gas penetration depth and maximum gas fingering as evaluating indicators.The optimal parameters are obtained and verified as follows:the melt pre-injection volume is 85%,the melt temperature is 240℃,the mold temperature is 40℃,the delay time is 4 s,the gas pressure is 3 MPa,and the gas injection time is 10 s.The results show that the gas penetration effect and gas assisted molding quality are good by use of optimized process parameters which can be applied for commercial production.
