探析儒家君子对培育积极公民的借鉴意义

On the Reference Significance of Confucian Gentleman to the Cultivation of Positive Citizens

实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化需要积极公民的能动作用。积极公民尚未形成系统和成熟的理论体系,但现代积极公民的培育不仅可以从西方共和主义理论和公民身份理论中追本溯源,亦可以在中国源远流长的儒家君子文化中找到活水源头,并且积极公民的中西方文化渊源在道德和制度上兼有相通之处。从君子人格、君子治理和君子教化三个维度,具体阐述儒家君子对培育积极公民的借鉴意义。

The realization of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity requires the active role of citizens.Active citizenship has not yet formed a systematic and mature theoretical system,but the cultivation of modern active citizenship can be traced not only from the Western republicanism theory and citizenship theory,but also from the Confucian gentleman culture with a long history in China.And the Chinese and Western cultural sources of active citizens have similarities in morality and system.It mainly expounds the reference sig‐nificance of Confucian monarch to cultivate positive citizenship from three dimensions of gentleman personality,gentleman governance and gentleman education.
