基于碟刹与STM芯片的智能婴儿车刹车系统研究

摘要 婴儿车大多以手动方式刹车,当监护人疏忽而松手时,会出现“溜车”的现象,尤其是在斜坡上,这种情况更加危险。针对这个安全隐患,设计一种基于碟刹与STM芯片的智能刹车系统,能够实时监测监护人双手是否在婴儿车上,从而进行智能刹车。同时,刹车系统采用了碟刹装置,降低了婴儿车刹车时的顿挫感,提高了舒适度。实验数据表明,在不同的速度、重量的条件下,该智能刹车系统能够在安全时间内完成刹车,极大地提高了婴儿车的安全性及稳定性。 Most prams are braked manually,when the guardian is negligent and releases his hand,the phenomenon of car sliding will occur,especially in the slope,which is more dangerous.Aiming at this hidden danger,this paper designs an intelligent brake system based on disc brake and STM chip,which can monitor whether the guardian's hands are on the stroller in real time,so as to carry out an intelligent brake.The brake system adopts a disc brake device,which reduces the jerk when the baby car brakes.The experimental data shows that the intelligent braking system can complete the braking in a safe time under different slope,speed and weight conditions,which greatly improves the safety and stability of the baby carriage.
