摘要
结合化学多元素分析、偏光显微镜检测、扫描电镜及能谱分析以及选择性溶金物相分析等多种技术手段,系统研究了广东省广宁县黄泥坑金矿代表性矿石中的金赋存状态。结果表明,黄泥坑岩金矿属于脉状构造蚀变岩型矿床,矿石中主要可供回收的目的元素为金、银,含量分别为4.0 g/t、4.03 g/t,矿石中的金与毒砂关系密切,以亚显微态及原子晶格态赋存于毒砂中的Au分布率达到了60.79%,其主要的自然金矿物-银金矿多与毒砂密切连生,同时矿石中的毒砂嵌布粒度细小。根据工艺矿物学研究结果,推荐采用全浮选工艺处理黄泥坑金矿,在合理的磨矿细度和药剂制度条件下,推荐工艺全流程闭路试验获得了金精矿含Au 68.80 g/t、Au回收率为97.68%的选矿指标。
The occurrence of gold in Huangnikeng gold deposit, Guangning county, Guangdong province, was systematically studied by means of chemical multielement analysis, polarizing microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectrometry and selective phase analysis. The results show that Huangnikeng gold deposit belongs to vein structural altered rock type.The main recoverable target elements in the ore are gold and silver with contents of 4.0 g/t and 4.03 g/t, respectively.The gold in the ore is closely related to arsenopyrite.The distribution rate of Au in arsenopyrite is 60.79% in submicroscopic and atomic lattice states.The main natural gold mineral-silver-gold deposit is closely related to arsenopyrite.At the same time, arsenopyrite embedded in ores has fine grain size. According to the research results of process mineralogy, it is recommended that the whole flotation process be used to treat Huangnikeng gold mine.Under the conditions of reasonable grinding fineness and reagent system, closed-circuit tests of the whole recommended process obtains the beneficiation index of gold concentrate with Au grade of 68.80 g/t and Au recovery of 97.68%.
