摘要
云南某高硫铁硫化铅锌矿石含铅7.13%,含锌19.67%,含铁25.29%,铅锌矿物嵌布粒度不均匀,与黄铁矿存在细粒复杂嵌布,部分细粒锌矿物可浮性较好,难以抑制。采用部分混合浮选流程,即铅硫混浮,混合浮选尾矿再选锌的原则工艺流程,小型闭路试验获得了铅精矿Pb品位62.67%,含Zn2.97%,Pb回收率85.01%;锌精矿Zn品位58.71%,含Pb0.85%,Zn回收率91.22%的选别指标。铅锌回收率主要以-56μm粒级尤其以-8μm细粒级损失在硫精矿中。药剂ZD07对抑制细粒级锌矿物中具有一定优势,在闭路试验中等量替代锌组合抑制剂(亚硫酸钠+硫酸锌),Zn回收率可提高3.37个百分点。
A lead-zinc sulfide ore with high content of iron and sulfur in Yunnan contains 7.13% Pb, 19.67% Zn and 25.29% Fe.The dissemination size of lead-zinc minerals is uneven, and there are fine and complex dissemination with pyrite.Some fine zinc minerals have good floatability and are difficult to be depressed.The lead concentrate with Pb grade of 62.67%,Zn content of 2.97% and Pb recovery of 85.01% was obtained in the closed-circuit tests by using the principle flowsheet of partial bulk flotation, that is, the bulk flotation of lead and sulfur followed by the flotation of zinc from tailings.The zinc concentrate has Zn grade of 58.71%,Pb content of 0.85% and Zn recovery of 91.22%.The recovery of lead and zinc is mainly lost in the sulfur concentrate in the size fraction of-56 μm, especially in the fine size fraction of-8 μm.The reagent ZD07 has a certain advantage in depressing fine zinc minerals, and the recovery of zinc can be increased by 3.37 percentage points when the reagent ZD07 is used to replace the same amount of zinc depressant in the regrinding dezincification stage in closed-circuit tests.
