摘要
本文分别对影响冷水机组性能的5个主要因素(负载率、冷凝器进水温度、蒸发器出水温度、冷冻水流量、冷却水流量)进行了整理与分析。结果表明:蒸发器出水温度每提升1℃,冷水机组性能系数(COP)提升1.5%~3%;冷凝器进水温度每降低1℃,冷水机组COP提升2%~5%;冷冻水流量对冷水机组COP影响非常小;冷却水流量对冷水机组COP影响较大;冷水机组COP峰值通常出现在负载率为70%~90%时。
The influences of five most important factors(chiller load ratio,condenser inlet water temperature,evaporator outlet water temperature,cooling water flow,and chilled water flow)on the coefficient of performance(COP)of chiller are analyzed,respectively.It is concluded that COP of chiller will be increased by 1.5%-3%when the outlet water temperature of evaporator is increased by 1℃,COP of chiller will be increased by 2%-5%when the inlet water temperature of condenser is decreased by 1℃,the influence of chilled water flow on COP of chiller is very small,the influence of cooling water flow on COP of chiller is large,the peak value of COP of chiller usually occurs between 70%and 90%load rate.
