组合矩形蓄冷壳体的疫苗冷藏箱仿真与实验研究

摘要 本文利用仿真软件建立装载有组合矩形蓄冷壳体的蓄冷箱仿真模型,并对不同尺寸的组合矩形蓄冷壳体进行数值仿真,研究其对蓄冷箱保温时间和内部温度场分布的影响,通过实验验证仿真结果的可靠性。结果表明:减小外部低温蓄冷材料的壳体边长,可以使箱体有效保温时间缩短(从2645min减少至1672 min),但箱内过冷点数目减少(从8个减少至1个),温度均匀性增强;在保温过程结束时(约测试至2000 min),箱内温度最高点和最低点分别发生在顶部直角处和底部中心处。同一水平底面上距离箱体底边较近的两个测点的升温时间(1975 min、1935 min)较中心点升温时间(2000 min)短。 The finite element simulation software is used to build a simulation model of cold storage box loaded with combined rectangular cold storage shell,and the numerical simulation of the combined rectangular cold storage shell of different sizes is carried out to explore its influence on cold storage time and internal temperature field distribution of cold storage box,and the reliability of the simulation results is verified by experiments.The results show that,the effective insulation time of the box is shortened by decreasing the side length of the external cryogenic storage material(from 2645 min to 1672 min),but the number of supercold points in the box is reduced(from 8 to 1),and the temperature uniformity is enhanced.At the end of the insulation process(about 2000 min),the highest and lowest temperatures in the box occur at right angle of the top and the center of the bottom respectively.The rising time of the two points(1975 min,1935 min)that are closer to the bottom edge of the box on same horizontal bottom surface is shorter than that of the center point(2000 min).
