摘要
目的整理总结中药治疗肺心病的用药规律,并初步探讨关键中药组合治疗肺心病的作用机制。方法基于数据挖掘探讨中药治疗肺源性心脏病的用药规律,并分析关键中药可能的治疗机制。结果共纳入文献323篇,符合标准的方剂为69首,涉及中药130味,累计使用777次。高频治疗中药以化痰止咳平喘药、补虚药为主,活血化瘀药次之,且大多归肺经、脾经、心经。高频中药之间共产生了41项中药组合,置信度最高的为黄芪-赤芍-葶苈子。关键中药组合共筛选出56个活性成分,涉及207个靶点。通过对比映射得到97个作用靶点;KEGG分析得出10条信号通路。结论中药治疗肺心病以止咳祛痰平喘为主,同时注重配合补肺益脾、活血化瘀。关键中药治疗肺心病的机制可能与TNF信号通路、PI3K-Akt信号通路、MAPK信号通路、HIF-1信号通路等有关。
Objective To summarize the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine,and preliminarily explore the mechanism of the core combinations of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease.Methods Based on data mining,the rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cor pulmonale were explored and the possible mechanisms of key traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed as well.Results A total of 323 articles are included.There are 69 prescriptions that meet the standards,involving 130 traditional Chinese medicines,and the cumulative frequency of occurrence is 777.These high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine are mainly medicine for reducing phlegm,relieving cough and asthma and tonic,followed by medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and most of them belong to the lung meridian,spleen meridian and heart meridian.A total of 41 combinations of traditional Chinese medicine are obtained among the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine and the one with the highest confidence is Radix Astragali-Radix Paeoniae Rubra-semen Ling.A total of 56 active ingredients are screened from the core traditional Chinese medicine combinations,involving 207 targets.97 functional targets are received by comparison and mapping and 10 signal pathways are acquired by KEGG analysis.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease are mainly for relieving cough,expectorating and relieving asthma.At the same time,it pays attention to cooperating with invigorating the lung and spleen,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The mechanism of core traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease may be related to TNF signaling pathway,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway and HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.
