Labor is an important foundation for the continued development of human civilization,and with the rapid development of economy and society,the shortcomings of labor education in colleges and universities have gradually emerged.The labor literacy of college students,as the labor force and socialist builders of the new era,has a significant impact on social development and national rejuvenation.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the implementation of labor education in colleges and universities guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Starting from the study of the value,connotation and practical path of labor education for college students in the new era,it is clarified that unifying the influence of multiple positive factors to give play to the combined forces of education can better create talents for the new era and help realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
