摘要
为实现全电动注塑机对带传动响应速度快及噪音小的要求,选择主动轮齿数、从动轮齿数、带长作为设计变量,构建响应速度和噪音的综合评价因子。借助MATLAB利用枚举法求出与初定中心距相等或接近的所有解,并计算各解的综合评价因子,通过比较综合评价因子,在一定范围内挑选出带传动的最优设计变量。
In order to realize the requirements of fast response speed and low noise of the belt drive for the all-electric injection molding machine,the teeth number of the driving wheel,the teeth number of the follower,and the length of the belt were selected as design variables to construct a comprehensive evaluation factor of response speed and noise.With the help of MATLAB,the enumeration method is used to find all the solutions that are equal to or close to the initial center distance,and calculate the comprehensive evaluation factor of each solution.By comparing the comprehensive evaluation factors,the optimal design variables of the belt drive were selected within a certain range.
