摘要
针对现有送料喷头存在易堵塞,雾化效果差等技术缺陷,通过科学的研究方法及技术路线,设计了两级升压多点喷射玉米浆料烘干送料喷头。工作时,玉米浆料由叶片推进装置加速输送至喷头,在喷头内两次升压再次雾化后,将浆料分别从主喷射孔和副喷射孔高压、高速、高雾化质量的喷出,与目前常用喷头比较,具有出粉率高、出粉含水率低、所需烘干温度低等特点,经济耐用、节能减排。
In view of the defects of the existing feed sprayer,such as easy blockage and poor atomization effect,a two-stage pressure-rise multi-point spray drying feed sprayer for corn slurry was designed by scientific research method and technical route.When working,the corn slurry is accelerated from the blade propulsor to the nozzle,and after two times of pressure boosting and reatomizing in the nozzle,the slurry is ejected from the main injection hole and the secondary injection hole respectively with high pressure,high speed and high atomizing quality,compared with the common nozzles at present,the nozzle designed in this paper has the characteristics of high powder yield,low water content of powder yield,low drying temperature,etc.
